THE ART GALLERY IN STOWE IS PLEASED TO PRESENT A NEW ARTIST, KEVIN FAHEY. KEVIN WAS BORN IN PA. IN1955 BUT WAS RAISED IN WAVERLY N.Y. HE BEGAN DRAWING IN HIS EARLY TEENS AND STUDIED UNDER DUTCH ARTIST LILY BELLE-ISLE, A NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR. HE CONTINUED STUDIES IN UTICA, N.Y., TAKING COURSES IN ADVERTISING DESIGN. HE WENT ON TO WORK IN PA. AND N.Y.C. IN THAT CAPACITY FOR MANY YEARS AND THEN MOVED TO STOWE IN 1981,RAISED A FAMILY AND PAINTED IN SPARE TIME.

RECENTLY, HIS CAREER HAS AFFORDED MORE TIME TO FOCUS ON PAINTING AND HAS FOUND NEW ENTHUSIASIM FOR EXPLORING HIS IDEAS. THIS WILL BE THE FIRST TIME KEVIN FAHEY HAS EVER SHOWN HIS WORK IN A GALLERY AND WE ARE PROUD HE CHOSE US.
